If the merchant specifies a preferred delivery window, it would be great if you can
follow it. Otherwise, all orders have to be delivered within the same day of pick-up
from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). A good estimation to
keep in mind would be about 2-3 hours for each delivery.

For sure! You can complete deliveries in pairs or with a partner.

The exact pickup location will be communicated to you once orders are confirmed and would most likely be in the area that you have signed yourself up for.

You’ll be glad that we only get our drivers to deliver to residential locations so it will be to the HDBs, condos, and landed properties — the area that you have signed yourself up for.

We process payment weekly and will credit your payment on the following Monday via FAST (i.e. same day).

The payment amount will be based on each successful delivery. Total earnings depend on delivery success, after 5% driver commission fees.

We know times are hard and we’d love to support you in the ways we can but unfortunately we don’t reimburse for all these incurred costs during your deliveries.

Yes, you will need to update the delivery status on the app promptly as timestamps of the updates will be recorded.

Delivery Support

If there are any missing, extra, or damaged goods/items during a pick-up, you may contact Support for further instructions.

We will cover specific SOPs to follow during delivery during onboarding. If the delivery address provided or the recipient’s contact is incorrect or invalid, you may contact Support for assistance.
First, always ensure that your vehicle is in good working condition! In the event that your vehicle breaks down before pickup, let Support know so that we can broadcast the job again to other drivers. In the event that your vehicle breaks down after pickup / while on your way to delivery, please inform Support so that we can work with you to find a replacement driver to take over the orders from your location.

You can call a replacement in to help you, definitely.

We’ll be sad to see you go, of course. If you would like to discontinue doing deliveries, please inform us 2 days in advance, so we can find a replacement for your slot.
